Best way to describe ourselves? We are ‘full of beans’, this is a great idiom that has a very simple meaning.

When you are ‘full of beans’, you feel enthusiastic, cheerful, full of energy and in high spirits.

We are Micheal and Teo, and in the past few years, we had the opportunity to work on cruise ships with Royal Caribbean and Virgin Cruises. We were lucky to visit some of the most incredible ports around the world and we enjoyed sailing the oceans, living and working in a fast paced environment, always on the go, traveling and discovering a new place every day. We had so much fun living a life full of adventure.

But you know, as much as we do, that sometimes this world can get just a little hectic and we all need an escape from time to time. Our favorite place in the world is magical Donegal in Ireland (named "Coolest place on the planet" by National Geographic Traveller), in this place it almost feels like the time stands still.

We relocated to Donegal in 2020 during the lockdown and living in Micheal's grandparents cottage in Gweedore. (Micheal's grandfather was born on the beautiful small island of Inis Sionnaigh, situated northwest of Bunbeg in Donegal)

Here we heard the expression ‘CHILL THE BEANS’ – an Irish saying meaning to calm down. We slowly learned to live a life in the present, a more balanced life, more connected and a happier life too.

​

We created this brand to inspire you to take some time and ‘chill the beans’, relax and be fully present. Since we are big coffee and tea fans, we decided to open a small mobile coffee trailer in Gweedore, Donegal.

We wanted to offer a reusable coffee mug to our customers, and we chose to try a few other products like tea infusers, wine tumblers and water bottles.

Whether sharing a cup of tea with someone you love, enjoying a glass of wine with your friends, or just spending some 'me' time with yourself, use our products as a reminder to take a break, sip and chill the feck out.
