SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed are delivered by a third party courier service or by the An Post, €5.50 flat rate for all orders in Ireland. Goods are normally delivered within three working days of placing an order, however delivery can only be made by postal service to home addresses when the recipient is available at the time to receive the package.
Chill the beans will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to unavailability of the recipient, or due to incorrect contact numbers or address details having been given when processing your purchase. Please ensure all address and contact details are correct when inputting on our site whilst ordering.
Deliveries are only made on working days and no deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays.
Free local delivery within a 15 km radius from our business address.
Europe and rest of the world. Please contact us to arrange delivery to Europe. We can ship by standard post, weight limits will determine cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange. If merchandise is returned, unused and in its original packaging, together with the original receipt or email order confirmation, we are happy to refund within 14 days or exchange within 14 days.
Please note that postage of the returned items must be covered by the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Diminished value
If you want to cancel your order and return goods, you are responsible for taking care of them until they are returned. If you don’t, you may have to pay for diminished value. This means that if the goods are damaged or lose value as a result of you handling them beyond what is necessary to check the features, functionality, characteristics, fit etc, you may have to pay for part or the full cost of the item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
